Lawson Commercial have sold another site at the Ashdown Business Park at Maresfield, this time to property developers Salmon Developments. They have purchased a 1 acre site simultaneously with a pre-let of a 20,000 sq ft building to Swedish safety equipment supplier Gunnebo who have signed a 15 year lease.
Construction is due to start immediately with completion expected in mid 2018. The new building will become Gunnebo Entrance Control Ltd’s UK headquarters and they will be relocating from Bellbrook Business Park in Uckfield next year.
