Acting for private clients, Lawson Commercial have acquired the two Carpetright units at 6/7 Bell Lane, Uckfield.

Carpetright will be closing shortly and will have vacated the buildings by early February. The new owners intend to refurbish the units and will be seeking a new occupier.

These two intercommunicating units offer just over 8,000 sq ft of very useful retail space with a good size customer car park in the front.
