The Company specialises in plants, plant pots and gifts for the home. This will be their new distribution and online retailing hub.

There was huge interest in this unit. Within a couple of days of it becoming available we had four proposals for the Landlord to choose from.

This illustrates the strong demand for industrial space throughout 2020 and which remains the case into 2021.
