Lawson Commercial have let a 2-storey office building which is part of the new Merrydown Business Park development in Horam, this being the first completion to take place on this site.

The building has been acquired by Higher Nature Ltd who are a specialist health food supplements and vitamins company. This will be their new headquarters building as they are relocating from Burwash. Originally this building was designed as 4 separate office suites of just under 5,000 sq ft in total but the Landlords agreed to modify the design so that it could suit a single occupier.
