After Lockdown eased Florist Miss Bloomsbury decided not to reopen at 166 High Street, Uckfield. The Proprietor will continue to trade from home as she did successfully during Lockdown and anyone wanting flowers can still contact Miss Bloomsbury on the usual number.

Lawson Commercial were instructed to find a new occupier for the shop which has an attractive double frontage display and comprises 560 sq ft + a rear store.  It was available on a new lease at £12,500 pa. 

We had a lot of strong interest and quickly agreed a letting to View Homes Sussex Ltd who will be opening a new estate agency at the premises. With all the new housing schemes being proposed throughout the Wealden area it is not surprising that a new estate agents feels there is potential in the Town and they will be open for business shortly.
