Acting for Glynde Estates Lawson Commercial have let one of the larger warehouse units on the Old Cement Works site at South Heighton, Newhaven.

The building which is is just under 3,500 sq ft including a small mezzanine has been let on one of Glynde Estates’  standard annual agreements. These have proved very popular with occupiers as they give good flexibility.

The company going into the unit have acquired it for some 18 month. They are from Brighton and specialise in office relocations and archive storage. They needed additional space whilst alterations are being carried out to their existing building in Brighton so this was an ideal arrangement for them.
