Lawson Commercial have let Unit 6 Knights Business Centre on the Squires Farm Industrial Estate at Easons Green, Nr Uckfield.

This is one of a recently refurbished terrace of units and is just under 3,000 sq ft. The premises have been acquired by a fashion wholesaler from Brighton who intends to use the unit for ancillary storage.

The fact that a Brighton-based business has had to come this far north to find a suitable unit just highlights the shortage of industrial property in the Sussex area.
