Lawson Commercial has sold the freehold of Tribune House in Bell Lane, Uckfield.
This imposing 2-storey building with over 50 car spaces was originally built for electronic manufacturing in the late 1970s / early 1980s but in more recent times has been used as good quality offices. The building comprises some 11,000 sq ft on 2 floors well fitted with air conditioning. The freehold has been acquired by Kings Church following the grant of a planning consent. They will be using it for worship and as a community centre.
After the Covid pandemic working in offices has changed quite significantly and there is now much less demand for big space offices in this part of Sussex.
We are pleased that we have been able to find a local organisation prepared to make good use of the building which benefits from a better than average car parking provision.
