Superb Refurbished Offices – Nutley

Reduction For Early Occupation

To encourage an early occupation the rent of 7 Millbrook Business Park in Crowborough has been reduced to £12,000 pa., ie just £1,000 per month. 

This is a really useful unit of just over 1,900 sq ft of which 800 is 1st floor offices.

There is a good usable floor area of just over 1,100 sq ft on the ground floor.

The roof and guttering have been recently overhauled and, with a rateable value under £10,000, rates should not be payable for an occupier with only this commercial property.
